Our goal at NWDC Diagnostic Imaging is your complete and total satisfaction.  To that end, we provide caring staff members, quality equipment and environment, and outstanding professional services.

Our staff are here to attend to your needs, and will try to make the registration process as convenient as possible.  You may wish to take advantage of the "pre-register" link in order to fill out some of your paperwork ahead of time.

We use digital technology to process your imaging studies, providing the radiologist with the information that he or she needs in order to report your results to your referring doctor.  When your referring doctor wishes to review the images him or herself, our staff are able to burn those images to a CD-ROM, or print them to film, or your doctor can review them via our secure web site.  In circumstances where your doctor wants films, our staff will print them out and either deliver them to your doctor or we will ask you to carry them, depending upon when your followup appointment with the doctor will occur.  Printing films is a slow process, so please be patient.

We ask our patients to let us know when there is anything about their visit that is not up to these rigorous standards.  Visit the "contact us" page for a listing of the management staff who are responsible for ensuring your comfort.

Finally, about our financial policy:  in most cases, we participate with the same insurance plans as your referring physician, and our staff will pre-certify/pre-authorize your visit prior to your arrival.  In most cases, we will be collecting the copayment that your insurance company requires at the time you arrive.  For your convenience, we accept most forms of payment.

In some cases, our imaging center is considered "out-of-network" by your insurance company.  If you receive an EOB from your insurance company that states this to be the case, please contact our business office at (281) 440-1548 to work out the financial end.  In most cases, we will be in the process of contracting with a particular payor, so you will have no further responsibility.
